Aledo FFA Officer Election Important Dates: 

If you are interested in serving as a 2021-2022 officer please read the deadlines below. Our election has four parts: application, test, interview and vote. Attached to this post is the application. After that portion is complete more information on the three other parts will be sent to you. The video that is due with your application will be used for voting.

Students will have the following deadlines to follow for the elections:

·  April 23rd- Officer applications and videos are due by 4:00pm  

                   o   NEW: Officer videos must be filmed in official dress and should discuss the following: why you want to                              be  an officer, your qualifications, your ideas for the chapter, your vision for the 2021-2022 school year.

·       April 26th- Officer Testing at 7:15am in Ms. Kelley’s room.

·       May 6th- Officer interviews will be conducted at the ag building starting at 4:15pm.

·       May 7th- Officer Voting (will occur in class and online so that all active high school FFA members who are eligible to vote may participate)

·       May 10th – Students will be notified via letter if they made the team

·       May 13th- Positions will be announced at our FFA Banquet and new officers will be installed (more information on banquet format to come).
